Mineral Resources Storefront The project consisted of the renovation of an underutilized office building into retail botique-style storefronts within the downtown historic district. The concept included restoring the facade masonry to its known near historic, accentuating the art deco butresses with corten metal outfitted with custom light sconces, and use of curved polycarbonate canopies to complete the look. Each of the storefronts are designed to slide completely open, so during warm summer days the retail spaces feel like they're a part of the open space of the sidewalk and street boulevard.
